Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Gallery Collection
Collection from either of our two physically located galleries in Glasgow and Crieff is available. If you would like to arrange this, please let us know at the time of purchase.

UK Shipping
We offer Free Shipping within the UK for all paintings. Items will be shipped using Parcelforce 24 Hour in our specially created shipping boxes (which we are then happy to arrange collection of (at our cost) as we can reuse or recycle each box). We may also use specialist art couriers for certain pieces of art depending on the size and cost.
Following recipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm when the painting is booked in for collection and estimated delivery date.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping does not apply to international orders and shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for payment of any such additional costs or taxes. These will generally be communicated to you by the carrier or customs in your home country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@delvegallery.com or give us a call on +44 (0)1764 656100 (please note this is our Strathearn Gallery phone number) and we’ll cancel the order and refund you sums paid. If the artwork has already been shipped, we’ll try to divert it back to us but if this is not possible, please leave the box unopened following delivery and we will arrange collection. We’ll cover the return shipping but the cost to us of your original shipping will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods and we will contact you upon cancellation to arrange return of the item.
RETURNS
Any returned item must be returned, undamaged, in the condition received in. We will arrange for a courier to collect the artwork and return it to us.
We’ll process your refund or credit once the artwork has been delivered back to us and the condition checked to ensure everything is satisfactory. We will then refund your original payment less the cost of the courier costs for the return collection. Refunds to your card may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please repackage the painting and return it to the shipping box it arrived in. Please then use the spare brown paper supplied to recover the parcel. The courier will bring all neccessary shipping labels on collection.
